The Do's and Don'ts of Infographic Design.

1. Show, Don't Tell

Blah blah many text make boring and not effective.

Maybe it would better more visualized graphs are there.







2. If the client wanted an Excel chart, They wouldn't need you.

Yes, Charts are easy to see and effective.
However if you use more creative graphs or clear graphs, you can expect more.







3. Typography should not be a crutch

Too much dependence on typography

Of course Typography is also effective way to emphasize,
but too many and abuse of  typography confusing what is important.

4. Typography has its place.

Similar with above. Do not abuse it.
Usually typography in title and logo is good.






5. Organization and Storyline

Not only the visual images also contents are important.
Your infographic should show some information that well organized and helpful.

If you insert some storylines, you can expect more effect to make readers to understand your information.

Also centered hook is good, it can concentrate the focus.

6.Cleaning things up with Color.

Make your infographic with color to simple and clear.
Especially a three-color palette is easy on the eyes.
However bad arrangement of color make worse.
